The program will take place at George Mason University's Fairfax campus. Students will live on campus and participate in immersive Korean language courses, cultural activities, and local visits within the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. area. The program runs for seven weeks and students will have regular class meetings and cultural events beyond campus.

Prerequisites:
Year One: None
Year Two: Students should have completed the equivalent of one year-long study in the target language.
Students who successfully complete their summer study of Korean with Project GO/Mason will be prepared to achieve an ILR proficiency rating of Level 1 or higher. In addition, students will gain an advanced understanding of Korean culture and society through Project GO/Mason's full-spectrum approach to intercultural communication and exchange.
